REDUCTIONS ON ENROLLMENT FEES

For applications received before 15 May discount on one main course fee 10%
No fee reduction for less days of attendance to courses.

Payment

A down-payment of Euro 150 to “Fondazione Italiana per la Musica Antica” is required for enrollment.

Registration is possible only by online form where you can pay the down payment with Paypal (5 euros added for bank charges) or enclose the money transfer receipt to

Confirmation: a confirmation of enrollment will be sent before 20 June.

In the case a course is not activated, FIMA will refund only and exclusively the fee paid for the course enrollment. FIMA cannot be charged for any expenses associated with courses such as travel, accommodation, etc.

Refunds: enrollment cancellations must be  communicated before 15 June, 50% of the fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations communicated after this date.

Free courses: free courses must be indicated too in the enrollment form.

No enrollment request will be accepted in Urbino: for last minute enrollments please contact the secretary in advance.

In the case of courses cancellation due to force majeure the entire amount paid will be refunded.
